How do I reserve?
Just give us a call or send us an e-mail and you know immediately if rooms are available for your desired period of stay.
If you would like to make a reservation, we ask you to confirm your booking via fax, letter or e-mail. We ask you as well to give us your name, address, telephone and telefax number.

When do I reserve?
The best is as soon as possible. In high season we recommend about 14 to 30 days before arrival time.

Do I have to pay the room in advance?
We accept deposits via credit card or to our bank account to ensure your reservation. All bank transfers are accepted free of charge for the recipient only.

If a reservation was made, the hotel conditions of the Austrian hotel-contract, which includes laws & duties of the guest and the hotel, is valid.
